For those times when you may need some guidance our friendly support team can provide the answers to queries and issues. They understand that working in a busy dental practice means that any issues that you may have need to be resolved quickly and with the minimum of disruption. 

 

To ensure that your issues are answered quickly and effectively, all queries are logged  in a computerised call logging system from where they are tracked until a successful outcome is achieved. This is not to say our support is provided by a "faceless call centre" we pride ourselves on providing a prompt, friendly and personal service.

 

For those situations requiring a site visit, our qualified installation engineers  provide a comprehensive range of services including, network installation, network cabling  and on-site hardware maintenance.

 

Upgrading From Other Systems

 

For those customers who are upgrading  from other systems, our analysts have developed  utilities that enable us to successfully transfer your existing data into Paragon.
