Training
 

Training is a key element for the successful implementation of any new computer application. To ensure that your staff can maximise the benefits and efficiencies of Paragon for your business we provide a structured training programme.

This training is delivered two sessions, the first session is scheduled for the first day of system use, the second session is usually scheduled one or two weeks following that  on a day suited to yourselves.

The initial session covers all of the basic features of the computer system in general and  the core features of Paragon. Our objective is  to provide enough information to allow  the system to be used efficiently, but not enough to overload your staff.

The second session covers any outstanding topics and more importantly consolidates the topics from the initial training session, of course we also answer questions that have arisen as a result of becoming familiar with the system.

Although the training provided at the time of system installation and the follow up session a few weeks later are normally sufficient, additional training can be provided. If new staff join your organisation or you wish to make use of some of Paragon's additional features not required at the time of installation, we can provide on site training at very competitive rates.
